i was gonna write a nice little post about a cute 18month old whom i saw bopping along to itunes! for real, she has the one earpiece, her mom the other and it was very loud. I hope the poor mite won't have hearing problems. she was a little off-key but she was certainly following the tune, couldnt sing all the lyrics obviously but she looked cute standing on the her sit and humming along.Sweet I hope she is a long way from being obnoxious

My blood pressure is dangerously high.Still. I am being harassed by someone and instead of letting it wash over me, i'm letting it get to me. a friend actually laughed and said i was winding myself up over nothing. But when you get to a point where you are warned you could get a stroke or a heart attack, it's time to take action. of course i could just be and wait to die, such welcome relief for evil people, or i can fight back.Also my results are pending. I'm expecting to fail (my fault naturally) but there is always hope right?! I have never been a quitter so im gonna fight for my health, life and sanity. FUCK IT!

  Thanks, ajnspencer i used to not let things bother me but these days. i guess i should imagine im on top of a mountain and leave the fuckwits under roxks with snakes and spiders. that should serve them! you've made me feel better already

      the little ones think they are big (obviously) and they think they are superior to everyone else. it's ok to ignore them but a swift kick up the bum sometimes is needed. you are right, nobody can hurt you unless you let them we are responsible for our feelings and really if you give shit a minute of your time, then you stik the rest of the time doncha?

You can't wind up yourself over nothing. So if you wind up there's something and it needs to be fixed. Ignoring won't help in the long run.

Keep fighting, gorgeous. I know you're worth it. You know you're worth it. Sometimes it's just a bit too much and times get desperate... hell... I suppose we both know.

It's hard not to think about 'people stresses' when the sh*t's going down. But sometimes you can push it to one side and say to yerself - I'll deal with that later, when there's more time and you feel more relaxed.

Got a gym near you?...A treadmill?...A punchbag?

ISN'T IT NICE when you see one of those 8-teens and wonder isn't it amaing how they straighten out when they look so completely lost right there, in that age? i mean look at me with both of my feet on the ground now, but seriously

Princess you need to try to avoid "trying to avoid stress" it will kill ya! If you're fuckin constantly worrying about what will stress you out - that's fuckin stressful. If some Muppet is giving you shit, deal with it and you will get a lot less fuckin stressed than dwelling on it.

Hey you! Don't know what town you're in, if you have like a Buddhist group there or summat, well, meditation has done wonders for me at times when I have a strong emotion, like sadness or raw anger.

If u can't find a group/ temple place:
Just sit, relax, breathe in slowly imagining the breathe going down to the bottom of your tummy.... then breathe out imagining it coming up & out of your nose. Let those thoughts go. Just let go. And do that for 5 to 10 minutes. Some people do it for hours. If you can manage that... hats off to you!
